Tell your AI assistant (Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini…) what the post is for, and point it here:

You get back a finished image and a caption. Check the date and spelling before you post. If your assistant can't download files, download the zip above and upload it to the chat.

Instructions for AI assistants

  1. 1Download https://norotonwrestling.com/brand-kit.zip and unzip it. It is always the current version.
  2. 2Read SKILL.md in the zip and follow it. It picks the template (A poster, B info card, C athlete spotlight) and the art style.
  3. 3Render the post with make_post.py (Python 3 + Pillow). It saves a finished 1080×1350 PNG with the logo, the brand fonts and the club's contact footer.
  4. 4Take dates, times and places only from the coach's request or club-info.md. Never guess them.
  5. 5If you cannot download or run files, ask the coach to download the zip from this page and upload it to the chat.

What's inside

  • Three templates: Poster (matches, tournaments, sign-ups), Info card (workouts, schedules) and Spotlight (athlete highlights).
  • Three approved art styles: Charcoal (the default), Screen Print, and Brush & Ink.
  • The logo, brand colors and fonts, caption examples, and the club's contact details.

Photos and names

Only post the names and photos of wrestlers whose families signed the media release. Use real team photos or the kit's approved art, never AI-generated images of people.
